Baltimore Book Festival 2025: Free School Stage
Join Red Emma’s, Baltimore Artists Against Apartheid and NoMüNoMü for a narrative design workshop led by culture strategist and author, Jeff Chang.

Designed for storytellers, dream weavers, community builders, and those looking to uplift pro social justice narratives, the tools within this workshop will allow you to analyze the narrative terrain, sharpen your narratives, identify and reach your audience, and choose the most effective forms and platforms to reach those audiences. Whether you are executing messaging campaigns, social media campaigns, videos, art installations, street theater, deep canvassing, direct actions, or more, these field-tested tools will help!

At the 2025 Baltimore Book Festival, on the Baltimore Free School Stage — go downstairs to the Red Emma's classroom space, or enter via Brentwood Avenue.
