Join Educator and Herbalist Iris Kirsch for a participatory workshop on living vibrantly in challenging times. We will explore the brain-gut connection, digesting difficult experiences and setting and holding boundaries. This is a two-part class, 11/19 and 12/17, however it will be structured so that people who are only able to come to one or the other will still be able to participate.

Iris Kirsch, M. Ed. is a healer, educator, mother, adventurer, punk rocker and herb farmer. She has been talking to plants for 44 years and studying how to heal people with them for over 20. As a free thinker and deep feeler, she has decades of experience riding waves of challenging emotions. When she's not making tinctures, she's reading in a corner, pretending she doesn't notice how messy her house is.
