This collection features portraits from Meaza’s first photobook Behind the Lens: Frames & Faces of Baltimore’s Film Photographers, and highlights 14 of the 21 photographers who contributed to the book.
Behind the Lens is a tribute to the artistry and identity of film photographers in Baltimore, MD - placing equal emphasis on both their creative vision and their personal presence. In creating this photobook, Meaza sought to provide a space where photographers feel seen not just through the lens of their craft, but as individuals with their own stories.
Behind the Lens will be released and available for purchase during the exhibit’s reception on February 18th at Red Emma’s.
