Mindful Journaling is a space for internal & external processing with community. This is a MASKED event.

We will spend the first part, in prayer, meditation/or visualization with the prompt given ahead of time. We will write for about 15/20 minutes, before coming back to share as desired. We will have about 30-45 minutes for integration. You are invited to share as little or as much as you desire, within respect of time to others shares.

We will dive deeper into topic of colonialism, patriarchy, and white supremacy as a basic outline. We will go into more niche topics of discussion to be able to process the internal working of the effect these ideologies have on us, and how we can truly EVOLVE with a courageous heart. This space is for the healer, the revolutionary, the thinker, the organizer, and all those who wish to create AUTHENTIC & HONEST humanity in this world.

Held by Keveda Madison Aud A little about her: -Poet & Writter -Reiki healer, using crystals as a main avenue, visualizations, prompts as an integrative tool -Completing facilitation training with the Liberation Mystery School in California, with reverend Brianna Lynn -She has been facilitating these spaces online (mostly) and in person for the 2 last years. She was taught Mindful Journaling by her teacher, Bikem in 2019, as a very simple practice. She has adapted her style of teaching to help create a more integrative space for those who join. As the form she was taught originally did not give the space for people to process what they wrote.
