Author Trevor Hope (assistant Professor of Sociology at University at Albany) will join Tyrone Hanley, Esq. (National Center for Lesbian Rights) and Vanessa Johnson (Positive Women's Network USA) in a panel discussion on the use of outdated and poorly written criminal laws to punish people living with HIV- in many cases, for harmless behaviors such as spitting or biting.
