As the world rapidly changes, it needs more businesses committed to doing good. RADICAL BUSINESS gives actionable steps for companies that want to make a positive impact and leave the world better than they found it.

RADICAL BUSINESS provides real-life business insights with case studies from successful companies that have taken action to grow their profitability and positive impact. 1) Defines "Radical Business" as the practice of going back to a root purpose: to meet a customer's need, solve a problem, and provide value. 2) Real-life business insight into how businesses interact with their supply chains, employees, customers, competitors, community, and environment. 3) Expands on how a business interacts with the following seven groups: Supply Chain, Employees, Customers, Competitors, Community, the Environment, and finally, Self.

As the Chief Visionary at La Terza Coffee, David Gaines is passionate about Social Enterprise and using business for good. Through La Terza and his other entrepreneurial endeavors, he loves creatively challenging the traditional business status quo and incorporating life-bringing ideas into everyday business practices. David is also the Board Chair of the Social Enterprise Alliance where he works to foster connections and provide resources for other social entrepreneurs. He is admittedly an idealist that dreams of a world where all businesses are social enterprises and where people are equally valued, served, and elevated. David is a loving husband and father, enjoys the solitude and beauty of nature, and is energized by meeting new people and old friends over a crafted beverage.
