Join the Baltimore for Public Power campaign as we explore how our utilities were privately captured for profit and what we can do about it!

Across four sessions, we will discuss:

the evolution of the utility regulatory system to date,
core beliefs embedded into the utility system we have inherited, and
alternatives to the for-profit utility model that exist and continue to be developed around the world.

Enrollment capped at 20, with preference given to those working on the campaign.
